AI projects don't fail because of bad models or weak code; they fail because they're built on broken blueprints.
This week, I've been thinking less like a technologist and more like an architect. While the current state of AI tools is impressive, the real power lies within the design.
Great systems don't emerge from the brute-force application of technologies; they emerge from intelligent architecture. Architecture that aligns people, processes, and possibilities, translating complexity into clarity, considering the human at the center, not as a constraint, but as the ultimate objective.
Many organizations continue to swing harder with the same hammer, hoping that more speed and increased force will correct their bad direction, but what we need isn't more horsepower; we need a better design.
As I refine mine, I'll continue to share what I learn because the future of AI belongs to those who build with a clarity of vision, not just velocity.
